Small and serious

We are a compact house. Everyone reads manuscripts; everyone answers to readers. Titles matter less than judgement.

International by default

Colleagues and collaborators work across countries and time zones. Fluency in more than one language is common here, never required.

Fair and considered

Every application is read by a person. We reply to all candidates, and we do not ask for unpaid trial work.
