Louise Whyburd

Louise Whyburd is a creative writer based in the South-west of England. She studied for a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts and contributed to a stained-glass window art project displayed at the Steam Railway Museum in Swindon.

Her creative interests include cooking and art, and she rekindled her love of writing during lockdown. Her poetry has appeared in collective poetry books distributed internationally in several languages, and she has contributed an article to a London-published Hindu cultural magazine. Her writing draws on lived experience and a distinctive perspective on subjects ranging from nature to politics.
